As a photographer who recently captured a surprise birthday party, I had the pleasure of working alongside Josh from Fanny Flowers, and I must say, his floral arrangements added a magical touch to the entire event. Gorgeously designed arrangement that looked just like (or even better than) the photo! My partner was delighted, and several days after we split the arrangement into three smaller arrangements to put around the house.

If I had one complaint it would be about their customer service -- not that they were unfriendly or anything like that, but it's impossible to reach them online. I e-mailed and messaged them on every available platform and received no responses. I was in a position where it was difficult for me to give them a phone call about changing my pickup time without spoiling the surprise of the flowers. I eventually was able to call, and was given acknowledgement that I could pick my flowers up earlier than initially requested, but when I went on the day I ended up having to wait for about 30 minutes for them to finish with my order. It was fine, but if I'd been pressed for time it may have ruined my plans.

That said, I would definitely buy...

I have purchased Fanny’s Flowers arrangements, for delivery to my mother for Mother’s Day, the last two years. I live out of state and must order flowers via internet sites. After receiving her arrangement this week, my mother called me and expressed that she thought her arrangement was the most beautiful she had ever received. She also stated that she remembered I had ordered from Fanny’s Flowers last year. Also noteworthy, she was so pleased with her interaction with the delivery person. My mother opened her side entry door to retrieve the arrangement placed at the front entry door. My mother is 90 years old. The delivery person ran from the delivery vehicle and retrieved the arrangement for her. My mother was also very appreciative for the kind words stated by deliverer.
