THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD!! I GAVE UP AND TOLD HER TO STOP DOING MY NAILS!! ‼️DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME‼️ I went yesterday morning at 9:40am ish didn’t leave till about around 2pm. I went with my two little girls. Their service was great mani and pedi each. I had great service with my feet. Now the problem began with the elderly lady who did my full set. Not only are my nails crooked but as she was doing it she cut my thumb. (I let it be) Then as she is doing my hand I asked for French tips (classic very simple) she started with my pinky finger and asked how I liked it I told her it was fine that way. She then began doing the rest something told me to look at my nails and lord were all of them different sizes and shapes when it came to the white tip. I informed her and apparently it was my fault because I put my hand in to dry (gel). She tried to fix them and it didn’t look any better so I told her please just paint them white because clearly she can’t do it. She started doing it and omg you can see all the bumps!!!! She put so many darn layers after layers to ‘make it better’ to the point I told her please just stop. She then said ‘next time I give you $5 off’ I told her no thank you I won’t be coming back. Then said let me put top coat I told her no thank you I’m just gonna leave and go home to fix them myself. Not to mention it took her more than an hour trying to figure out how to do my nails!! They charged me $40 for the full set. I personally didn’t want to but I had my kids with me so I didn’t want to be ‘rude’. It’s now the next day my nail is falling off!! I’ve never walked out of a nail shop and felt the need to give a review like this. THEU DON’T...

My mom and I have been clients here for a while. Yesterday we went and both got mani and pedis. Obviously, with the cost of living and inflation their prices went up. Which we both think is acceptable.

Yesterday I tried out their new gel color options, beautiful colors from bright hues, to transparent ones; overall, lovely options. I choose a red one for my hands and toes. I left very happy with the quality of service and the color of my nails.

Today, when I went to wash my hands after lunch, I saw that my index finger was already chipped. Not even 24 hours and already a tiny chip in the gel. I don't know if it was the application or the quality of the gel color used but I am a little bummed out because normally their gel lasts without chipping or peeling for a week or more.

I will be contacting the salon to see what they will do to remesy the situation and update this...

Great Nail Salon! The staff are very friendly and take pride in their mani/pedi work and it’s a clean salon. The atmosphere of the store itself is pleasant with a gentle breeze coming through, soft music playing and a tv for entertainment. I have been to this location on and off for years, but I had recommended that my mom come here when she moved to the area. My mom has some health problems and the staff treat her very well, they are patient and kind to her. Their pricing is right on point.
