My friend gave a bad rap about this store because they said the employees were rude so I decided to go experience it myself. It turns out they were all friendly and they're just a group kids trying to make a living and just doing their jobs.

I was even there when they suspected a customer of shoplifting but all they could do was provide customer service. Not 5 minutes when I was at the register I saw the man walk out with sensors on the waistband of the pair of pants he was wearing.

So overall the store's atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Not to mention how clean it is compared to Marshalls and Ross. So whatever you hear bad about this store just disregard it because I still continue to do my shopping at Burkes and not have...

A bit disappointed. The store was extremely clean and organized. The employee was a young lady that was friendly and polite. But, I had looked online at this particular locations website and saw a few things I wanted to go look at . I did find a really nice throw blanket but the wall decor/ pictures I had seen online were nowhere to be found. When I asked the employee she explained that those items would have to be ordered online. Maybe it was just my own stupidity to think what they had online for that location would actually be at that location, but, yes I was disappointed. I did however order what I wanted to see online. Well see how it all turns out...

They used to have a much better selection than they currently have. I'm not sure if it's just bouncing back from the Covid19 business interruption or if it just doesn't have a good supply anymore. There are virtually no shoes for males (men or boys), it seems as id there are far less clothing options for everyone, and many of the items in the home decor area were broken. I used to really like coming here, but as of late, it doesn't seem like it's even the same store. Hopefully Burkes is just coming out a a momentary run, because if not, I don't see a reason to make very many trips there, just to see the same, limited...
