unfortunately, my first experience here is my last. the staff was extremely nice and professional. but I feel that I was uninformed and unaware when I purchased boots here. I bought them on a Saturday, wore them on Sunday for maybe 2 hours, they hurt my feet the whole time. so I decided to return them. little did I know that there is a no return policy on boots. $204 on a pair of boots that I can't wear. terrible business by the manager. again, ill never return here with that type of policy in place. poor business practice by the manager. the staff at the store was great, but its not enough to waste anymore money here. 9/24/25 update: Read the reply, you followed the chain of western wear? 100% lie, I've had boots from cavender's for over a month with cosmetic blemishes that i caused, and they still accepted a return. The Staff Wonderfully knowledgeable, extremely helpful(even for the wanderers like myself-lost searching for a specific item) God Loving, Hard working, they both stopped to help me, search through items before finally just placing a New Order for my very hard to clothe Cowboy.

A True Western Gem! Cattlemen’s Westernware is hands down one of the best western stores I’ve ever been to. The selection is top-notch — from authentic boots and hats to stylish, high-quality clothing that’s both rugged and refined. You can tell they care about what they stock, and everything feels thoughtfully curated.Hailey is incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. She cleaned and shape my husband’s hat and I was amazed at how clean she got it. It looked almost new!
