First of all I would like to thank the associates as well as the assistant manager she can run a store perfect even under stress. She is very efficient as well as the other cashiers. I did notice the guy wearing the vest would make smart comments to the assistant manager she still kept her cool. But that guy needs to be put in his place. I do reviews for stores and this one got to me. Who is he to try to boss around women. He's not even managment, yet alone a real security officers god forbid he ever become a leo. Maybe the vest is too much for him. I did hold back from making this review so I could see if it would happen on my second visit. Sure enough it did but it wasn't to the assistant manager this time. I do have video and looking to send it to corporate so they can review that this guy thinks he's powerful over women. If this continues Ross corporate office will hear from me BIG TIME. Now the store is running a little low items maybe due to the situation we are in. Hopefully this location can get more great items in. If corporate does see this please check your loss prevention guy edwin or edward whatever that scum guy name is. Maybe send him to back to work where customers don't see or be around his smart comments. Sorry the associates have to deal with him and higher up management take action. Read moreThe store was a mess and only a couple checkouts open, so the lines was extremely long, but that's to be expected shopping on a weekend closer to the holidays. Cashier was very friendly,efficient, and courteous despite the high level of customers at that time. However i overheard a comment from a Sales floor employee, wasn't very courteous to another shopper who had asked if they could open more checkouts due to the very very long line, and the employee stated if customers would clean up after themselves, then they could open more registers. I understand it's close to the holidays, and there's an increase of shoppers thus store left in a disarray, but that was an inappropriate/rude comment. That employee I'm sure was frustrated (I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt) , but that's not professional of them making comments to a customer. Read moreWe came in near closing time. This ross closes earlier than other Ross stores during the holiday season. This is the first time we have been in to a Ross during the holiday season and it looks like a windstorm went through. There was only one register open. The associates on the floor were engaged in a conversation between themselves and didn't acknowledge or care about the customers in the area. They didn't even move for customers to get through. It doesn't matter which Ross you visit haven't figured out why they can't have a store that the air conditioner works to keep the store cool. This particular store has a door near the lady's beauty section that puts off a high-pitched sound on a constant basis. It is hard to shop in this section for long.
