Excellent !!! Very nice to have their store here in Temple.Had to travel a distance before opening their store here. Location in the Temple Town Center. Only problem I see is there is no public restrooms here. Had to go next door to the bank to use the facilities. People spend good money in this store only to be told to go elsewhere if you need to use the restroom.👎👎😫☹️. Update: 7 Dec, 2023. My wife is in love with this store. I went to this store to have grandchildren’s names added to a link bracelet. Although there is a Jas Avery in our mall, the engraving service is only available through stand-alone stores. The Waco TX store is spacious, bright, and inviting. The staff was very helpful with my order that turned out to be more complicated than I anticipated. The bracelet was sent for changes that couldn’t be accomplished in-house. It was returned promptly and it is exactly what I hoped for. Go to this Jas Avery store! Worker appeared to be new and was struggling with communication skills. She needed help with checkout. The pendant I wanted had the order number displayed with a different pendant. I wanted to order and have it shipped to my home. I asked how long it would take and she didn’t know. She asked someone to assist her. That person asked if she had checked availability. It turned out to be unavailable and on back order. The new helper advised that this could be returned or exchanged within the year. There were several items not available.
