Europe Café & Grill — Restaurant in Tenafly

I absolutely loved my experience here! MashaAllah ! As soon as I walked in this restaurant, I was greeted with a kind good afternoon. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff were very friendly. I was seated immediately with no wait time, my waitress so so friendly and she was always present I didn't have to wonder where she went. The food came out within a reasonable time. I ordered their feta cheese plate, which was so savory with the added olives and olive oil. After wards I ordered the sirloin steak with rice, the steak was cooked to perfection and the spices were amazing. For desert I had the turkish coffee with baklava, the baklava was so crispy and crunchy and satisfying. I would recommend this establishment to everyone ! Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere, and amazing, high quality food....

I can share my experience about how good the food is because I've had take-outs only. Even though I've known about the restaurant for a long time, I'd never tried. (partly because I was out of the country for several years and now it's the Covid-era). But I was impressed when I tried which my friend brought to my house. Afterwards I ordered several times from Europe Café.

So far I've had hummus, grilled octopus, crab cake, lamb and chicken shish. Everything was excellent - the quality and taste is superb. Even better, each food is satisfying enough. They don't skimp on food even in this difficult time. I am very impressed and happy to get to know about this jewel.

Today’s was our 6th time visiting this lovely little restaurant. Dining there is a very pleasant experience...the people are friendly and happy to answer questions about different dishes or desserts. The place itself is cozy and warm—decorative pillows line the couch that runs along the left wall. Each time, we enjoyed a leisurely meal and were never rushed to leave. The main focus, however, is the food—-and that is EXCELLENT!!! So far, we’ve had the Cigar Rolls, Hummus, Babaganoush, Adana Kebab, Chicken Adana, Chicken Shish and Salmon In Vine Leaves. Each dish was fresh, tasty, and the meats tender and plentiful! Desserts are wonderful, too! Planning to go back...
