Bill did a great job replacing and upgrading the failing drive on my laptop and updating my operating system. I went from a computer that was crashing and slow to open programs to a computer that works way faster than it did when I bought it a few years ago. Way cheaper than a new computer and the performance after Bill's work is easily as good as what I would get with a new computer! His prices were perfectly reasonable, he was upfront about the cost, and he went over the pros and cons of fixing the laptop thoroughly after diagnosing the problem with the drive. Lied on the price of a used computer and did not move files from old one to it as promised, then charged me to move files Second trip still no files. Third trip, still could not find files. Fourth trip, showed how to find files. Not where they are supposed to be, but have to go through a four step process to find them. Computer still doesn’t save files to correct location. Could have bought a new computer and had work done for less money.
