Sadly had a really had experience. Being followed around by an employee the entire time I was there. I was literally browsing the store and was definitely going to buy something because I loved it so much. But thanks to the brown haired girl that followed us around the entire store and literally stared at us like we were doing something wrong. I ended up walking out. She literally made me so uncomfortable. She came up to us and was like are you looking for anything specific. I said no just looking. She goes what kinda stuff do you like? I said crystals. The staff is very knowledgeable as well as friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is very peaceful and positive. The selection is unique and reasonably priced. There are also beautiful one of a kind handmade items from time to time as well. This is my second visit and it was like visiting an old friend. Comfy and familiar yet different and homey feeling. Cashier 422EM was very rude and also refused to give me the sale price of the buy one get one, she said ponchos were not included I even stated there's a sign on the poncho line saying they were.
