BUYER BEWARE! I wish that it was possible to give zero stars. My husband bought my wedding set from Zales. One year to the day, I took my ring in to get inspected, the lady then told me that the gold was rubbing off and that she would have to send it off, it would take three weeks to get back. When my ring came back the first time, it was severely scratched. Irritatedly, and after the young lady told me that I had sent it in that way and an older lady that worked there telling her that it was from the tools that they used to "dip it,"she sent it off again. Another 10 days later, I call the store and I was instructed that the shipment, had not came in for the day yet. I get a call back from the manager, tell me that it did not pass his inspection and that he had gotten a hold of the manager over the service department and had discussed with him about my set. The gentleman over the service department informed him that he was having this trouble with multiple rings, and that he would turn it over in 24 hours upon receipt. The manager at the store tells me that the set should be back Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest (this was a Friday). This brings us to today. I call the store this evening (Wednesday), and an obnoxious young man answers the phone, and informs me that they called a phone number listed previously for my husband, even though I am the one that they have been dealing with, that was disconnected, so they figured that I would call. I go to the store to finally get my ring, and previously mentioned obnoxious young man, decided to put on hand lotion twice before talking to me. When talking to me, he sets my rings in my hand and starts to walk away. It does not take me long to realize that my rings are still not fixed from the scratches. The young man gets a cloth and tries to wipe it off. I tell him that they still are not fixed, after waiting FIVE weeks. He looks at me and asks if I'm sure that I want to send them off again. YES, I want them fixed. The still obnoxious young man, says ok we'll send them out again. Obnoxiously saying that he's sorry that this has happened. I asked how long that it will take again. He told me another week, unless his boss can expedite it again to get a 24 hour turn around again. This is ridiculous! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ZALES AGAIN!!!!!

   Read moreThe staff didn't act like they even wanted to assist us. While picking up my fiancé's wedding band that we had ordered earlier in the week, we wanted to start looking for mine. Upon receiving my fiances ring, the employee did not offer for him to try it on and make sure it fit or to even look at it, she just put it in the box inside the bag. We had to request to take it out and try it on before accepting it. We then expressed that we wanted to look for wedding bands for myself and she told us that they would be with us shortly and left us standing at the counter for several minutes while both employees stood behind the counter chatting and eating. We went across the mall to another jeweler and were assisted immediately by a very energetic and patient gal who helped me find the perfect pair to my engagement ring.
I do want to note that when we were there previously looking for my fiancé's ring,we were assisted by Zach who was very helpful and kind but unfortunately we will not return to this store if this level of professionalism is not required for...
   Read moreI brought in my ring some time around August 3rd for a missing Pink sapphire. I was told August 28th that it was ready, so I drove an hour there just to find out the pink was not the right shade of pink (it was wayyy too light) and it was completely died so there was a section of the sapphire that was clear. I had to send it back once again, and they said it would be ready in a few days. I called again to make sure it was ready and they said the jeweler hadnât even touched it. I would have to wait a week. I called again, âOhh itâs gonna be another week.â Ok. Then week goes by and I had my husband call. âHe says it will be an additional two weeksâ Great. By then Iâm mad but it was out of the ladies control in the store. Two weeks later âItâs here!â GREAT. I went to get it (Again, an hour one way.) Come to find out in stead of replacing the sapphire that was wrong, HE CHANGED ALL OF THEM TO MATCH THE ONE THAT WAS WRONG.
