I just have to say that THE MAIN MAN OWNER AMD MANAGER MARTIN and his WONDERFUL TEAM are AMAZING!!!

Around 1020am today July 4th, a holiday my dad asked me to get his 15yrs old fragile cracking falling off tint replaced on his 2000 dodge ram 1500. I said I will try but idk who can do it on a major holiday.

By GOD'S GRACE I called Texas Tint & Audio and told them the situation and they said bring it on in and we will take care of you.

I jumped inthe truck and coming from Forney to Terrell took about 15mins. And when I got there they were SUPER NICE AND HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I then asked about my own vehicle an GMC Terrain 2017 and he said bring it in after we are done with the truck.

To my surprise they had TAKEN OFF THE OLD TINT AND PUT ON THE NEW TINT ON THE TRUCK IN RECORD TIME. I was EXTREMELY PLEASED at the EXCEPTIONAL JOB THEY HAD DONE!!!

I the drove home dropped off the truck and picked up my Terrain and got back in a flash.

When I arrived they pulled it straight in and began their EXCEPTIONAL WORK. I WAITED WHAT SEEMED LIKE ONLY A FEW MINUTES AND IT WAS READY!!!

THANK YOU MARTIN & YOUR AMAZING TEAM FOR GETTING OUR 2 VEHICLES DONE IN ONLY LIKE 2 OR LESS HOURS all the while working on other vehicles and finishing them with an amazing job in record time!!!

Got my windows tinted on my 2015 Hyundai elantra in 2015. They warranty as long as I owned car. Keep receipt and back windshield started getting blurry and couldn't see out of it very good. Went by to let them look at it and now say new owner took over during covid so they won't honor it. Not happy but what are you going to do? Took my car to Dark Horse window tinting in wills point and the guy did an excellent job. Highly recommend them. Whether new owners took over or not they should have honor it . Especially if they are still using same name. That's just good business. Would have give them 0 stars but don't give...

Called Monday and made an appointment for Friday at 10am, dropped it off at 9:40am, called them at 4:20 and they told me another hour, went up there at 5:30 to check on it...pulled up and some man (not an employee)was leaning on my car, I went inside and the girl told me it would be another hour to hour an a half. I told her I did not appreciate someone leaning in my car, she went and got the gentleman that was working on my car and he basically told me it was non of my business who the man was leaning on my brand new car. We told them we did not want to do business with them. He pulled my car out and they had not even started on it....
