Very unhappy with the customer service... Ordered online Nobember 24th..They got my furniture in store Monday Dec. 3rd . I called Tuesday Dec. 4th spoke to a young lady after 20 minutes or so listening to her and someone else talk and telling her numerous times what I had ordered she says yes we have it Friday Dec 7th is our next delivery day would you like i believe it was 10-3 or 3-7 so i chose 3-7 since I WORK and would take off early for delivery. She also said I would need a copy of ID upon delivery as well. I called at 6pm on Friday Dec 7th just to have the General Manager be rude and finally basically told me I wasnt on the schedule but i could come get it myself in the pouring down rain because of THEIR mistake..Now it is Saturday Dec 8th and the Regional Manager still hasnt bothered calling me nor do I have any living room furniture in my home since I had it taken out Friday because I was SUPPOSE to have my new furniture..Very unhappy and waiting to see if he gets it delivered today or not which I highly doubt he will since I simply said if its not here in my home by end of business on Saturday Dec.8th I will come get a refund and go elsewhere.. I have heard many great reviews about this company but from my experience this is not a very good way to treat a NEW customer who also needs other furnishings in her home as well. Read moreHi I actually don't even give them one star I give them - 5 stars all because of one person and his name is toren ( not sure if that's spelled right). Anyway he is suppose to be the account manager I guess. About a month ago I went to pay my bill but the card didn't go thru something was going on with my bank. Anyway I never got to go back and make a payment because my son got really sick had to call a ambulance, he stoped breathing. Well to find out the dr. Said hes organs were shutting down, so of when a family goes thru something like this we forget to do stuff, (like go back and pay arrons). Well this so called "manager" called and was very hateful, threatening me that I had 3 hrs to get up there or they were gonna come get my furniture. Keep in mind I've never been late. He also lied and said he was over the whole store cuz he wouldn't let me talk to anyone else, turns out the GM (his boss) is a female so there's no way he could be over the store. By the time I got off the phone with him I was more of an emotional wreck he had me crying on the phone. This person does NOT deserve to be working there at all, and I will tell everybody what happen till he is not working...

Got an ad to pay $10 for the first month on select items, chose one from the selection and the store calls me to collect 2 weeks rent nearly a month before my first payment was due. Regional manager will not call me back and they are holding on to my $10. Very dishonest location and I urge you to use a rent to own company other than these crooks!!!
Update: I figured I would give them another chance last week. Its not 7/2/2020 and I haven't received a single email, phone call, etc about my order. Still shows processing. When someone purchases something, they have a need for that item and an intent to use...I don't buy things to let them sit at a warehouse. Don't try to feed me no bull about Corona either because I know for sure if I brought cash in there i would have been in my bed already. I give up on you guys...Ashley's is my new store and you should consider sending your team to them...
