They were my go too until I have recently had an issue that I am not going to return or support this franchise. Bought a tank that I was told was new it leaked within about thirty minutes. Return to see if they could fix the issue with the tank was treated disrespectfully and as if I was looking for favors. Was told by Josh come back if any issues lost three tanks of just purchased juice the first night trying to see if it was just me filling it wrong and trying to asses the issue and another after they so called fixed it. Then Josh tells me with a pretentious attitude it’s not possible he never had an issue like this. And to deem it defective he would have to test it for 24 hours. Than they would do something. So when they took the money for the 3 bottles of juice and the so called never fail tank at around $65. That was immediate I would not be able to vape for 24 hours because they leaking tank I was sold was being tested because my word was in question. I got angry and in voicing that some little punk grabs a cordless phone and gives me a stupid look. I have no idea what he thought he was going to do. But I can say Nine year in the Army says not much. I told him I am angry and voicing my disgust did plan on hurting anyone. Then they terms shifty and or shady came from his mouth I lost interest with this company I have spent 60- 80 dollars a week at times to have some little boys talk trash to me. I work hard for my money everyday and will not give another dime to them. Customer service is a funny thing.

Now I receive an email from the owner in where he says he has spoke to his staff that I continued to purchase from this store, I did for my Wife and myself a couple times more trying to get past the bad taste left by the unsatisfactory service and disrespectful way I was treated as described above. And I am not going to ammend this review, as I did return to make other purchases I did so as if nothing happened and it was quite clear that they did feel the same , looks and words exchanged as I get to opening the door. I even offered my findings on a fix for said tank and coil leak that I had found and was brushed off by “the little punk” that was holding the phone in the prior incident. I am no longer going to this store strangely we are having a heavy feeling in our chests after vaping Cloud Chemistry juice that is mixed on spot custom to your needs, since the coil tank issue happened. And since not using this claimed miracle less additives wonder juice the heavy feeling in our chests has cleared. I started Vaping when I was given a diagnosis of beginning stage of CLPD. So unfortunately there are good people at the Honesdale location and there are snobby and fake people as well. As to the fact of me getting hostile upon the visit to ask for an exchange or refund of a faltering coil that was not fixed twice prior to my return and angered return to disrespect by a manager who is not capable of customer service. I have worked retail and been rewarded many times for my ability to take care of a customer regardless of the disposition. I will take my business elsewhere and will refer any I speak to to...

This is a great place. I was a long time smoker looking to quit and they helped out tremendously. I went in nervous and not sure what to expect was treated well and set up with a good starter device and a bottle of liquid with the guarantee on the juice if it wasn't right they would fix it as long as u don't use the whole bottle. I was also instructed on how to use my device and told to return with any trouble and they would do there best to help. I've been going at least once a week for almost 2 months and have never had a bad experience. The juice is awesome the staff is very friendly and it's over all a great place.
