Food City — Local services in Thatcher

New to the area and always likes bahshas so we went to this one in thatcher. We're both recently retired and I use the mobility scooter. Prices were great and alot to choose from. But, one of the employee's kept watching us throughout the store on and off just standing with his arms folded watching like he thought we were going to shoplift or something. Then I went to use the bathroom and it was very filthy and the stall toilet was so full of poop and toilet paper it was coming out of the water. Very disgusting! I tried to flush it just to get rid of it and it did nothing. I told the guy at the checkout and he just told me it's not his job. We might come back but I kinda doubt it. Safeway and walmart are only next door. I wondered why they were very busy and bahshas probably didn't have a dozen people there....

Usually I enjoy shopping here. I stopped to get lottery. Sat my Grandson on a bench next to my purchases. One of which was a 12 pack of beer. So he isb6 feet away in my direct line of site. There is not an abundance of room by the lottery macuine. A representative comes over to me and rudely states he cant sit there. I respinded that I felt that was the safest place for both him and my purchases. She states, he cant be there. Sorry liqour law R19-1-323 section C 3 b says an underage person cannot consume, purchase, or possess. It does not say they cannot sit near said items. Bashas I used to only shop with you. Never had a bad experience until recently. Tina is amazing, she is always willing to help and greets me by name. I go in there on almost a daily basis. The problem is a cashier Mackenzie M. She is so rude and snotty. She makes me never want to go in there again. If she continues with her eye rolling and RBF I will complain directly to the manager. She never says anything to me but just hovers her hand over the keys staring at me so I can give her my loyalty phone number. She throws the receipt at me and never says a word. No hello or have a good day. I am so fed up with her attitude. Worst customer service. She acts like I ran over her cat or something. I dont even know who she is! She's ruined my bashas' experience.
