I don’t really like dogging on service workers, but this specific Taco Bell is so inconsistent with their service. It’s either adequate or just plain ignorant. I remember in the past I went there and they completely messed up my order (it was a deluxe cravings box or something and what I got was a box with one (1) taco in it) so I brought it up and asked if I could get the rest of the stuff and the guy told me “no it’s all in there”…. What😭…? I told him “no there’s supposed to be a burrito and another taco and like cinnamon twists” (or some sort of side I forgot) and he goes “no it’s in there”. It was pretty busy so I just sorta accepted he wasn’t gonna do anything and left, but then I went again a couple weeks later and they got my order wrong again and refused to take accountability + correct the order. They were just like “that sucks”. I mean, I don’t exactly go above and beyond at my job, so I don’t expect really high quality service from Taco Bell workers, but it really gets to a point… Anyway, there was a stretch where I would go and it was fine nothing went wrong. It’s just today I door dashed some food to my job for me and my coworkers (a chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and two crunchwraps) and the only thing they got right was the chicken quesadilla. So one of my coworkers drove to Taco Bell to ask for the remaining stuff and granted they did, but my coworker said that they were talking about her while she was waiting in the lobby. She said “I heard them say something like ‘see I told you they were gonna come...
Read moreFirst thing, this is a chain fast food restaurant, not gourmet tacos. Keep this in mind. Food has always been the same quality, prices are good, service has always been good, again remember its fast food, not fine dining. I am on a keto diet and my kids are not, there are a few good options here for me, most places are like this. Breakfast bowl with some modifications keeps me going. Power bowl minus beans and rice is my base for lunch/dinner. Switching chicken with steak is good variation and layer on tomatoes, cheese, pico de gallo, chipotle ranch, sour cream, onions, lettuce, and of course guacamole is my my go-to meal. Then cover it with fire hot sauce. Sometimes I add jalapenos. Love this option. Ordering this complicated meal is why I like the new kiosk, I can take my time, select all options, modifications, add to cart, and verify on screen. At least for me this a better way. Baja blast zero sugar, love this stuff. I feel almost normal eating here while staying keto. Would like to see more keto/paleo friendly options, but I will take what I can get. Kids love the slushies, nachos, cinnamon twists, and doritos tacos. Family goes heat often when on the run and needing a quick bite. We will be back. Keep up the good...
Read moreWhat more could I say? Beyond that, this is a fast food establishment that's based around Hispanic cuisines and in town this place delivers more consistently on the level of what you expect the most of the Hispanic inspired locations. The food is cheap but you can always customize it and make it more desirable to your needs. I just feel like the memes of people saying they have explosive bowel movement after here are overly exaggerated. It's not like when I go to the dairy Queen in town or the Sonic. Only reason why I gave the atmosphere a one star is because fast food restaurants literally have psychological paint schemes that make their guests feel more of a need to eat and leave then to actually enjoy their visit. That's why it's called a fast food place. After all, it's not the amount of food that you're getting in. Whatever amount of time it's more or less the fact that you are a customer that is coming and going with a...
