If she did know she asked coworkers questions to ensure proper parts and products and that to me is great service !! Ordered a part, it was supposed to be there, it wasn't, was told it was a shipping error, would have been nice to know for sure if it wasn't coming on the shipment day, lazy workers. Not planning on doing business with them anymore. Customer service...
