Cactus Flower Boutique — Local services in The Woodlands

I have always liked this little boutique and try to support local businesses but I will NEVER walk through those doors again. I called today to see if they could extend my rewards credit because my dad had recently passed away (2.5 weeks ago to be exact) and shopping for myself hadn’t really been a top priority. Long story short, I ended up making it by there in time today to shop and walked in to find the employee (Lauren was her name) mocking me on the phone to her boss. She said “yeah, the lady gave me some sad story about why she couldn’t come in.... but we can’t extend it, right?....yeah, I have her number.... I won’t bother calling her back.”

I have never in my life felt the way that girl just made me feel. Shame on her. I pray she never knows the pain I have felt after losing my dad and best friend. Customer service like...

Cactus Flower Boutique does not do money back returns. I bought a romper for family pictures and decided I would rather wear a shirt that was also purchased from them upon purchasing the romper. I returned the romper THE SAME DAY I bought it and they told me they could not give me my money back only store credit even though I just bought it today and I still had the tags and receipts and everything, the girl who did the return is the same girl who checked me out.

Kinda upsetting because now i’m out $60. They get to RESALE the romper for $60 and also...

Easily the best boutique in the area, especially for gifts. Was able to find the perfect customer birthday gifts at a reasonable price and the staff working there were so sweet and helpful. They even went above and beyond with the gift wrapping labeling what was inside each bag and using different tissue paper for each.
