Grogan's Mill Village Center — Local services in The Woodlands

Very sad looking shopping center. There are multiple stores that are permanently closed with no signs above them or anything like that. It’s like walking in a ghost town. The parking lot itself was completely empty all over, which makes sense- since there are barely any stores that are actually functioning. Another sign of how deserted this place is, was all the potholes in the parking lot that remind me of some shopping centers in Houston. Great local shops and restaurants! Chef Chan's is my family's go-to place for Chinese food in The Woodlands and Brother's Pizza has amazing pizzas, calzones, and meatball subs. On Saturday mornings, from about 9 AM-1 PM, they usually host a farmer's market with a lot of booths that sell a variety of items. There are actually some great shops in here. Brother's pizza, Momentum Karate, Fuddruckers and a great Tailor. But the center as a whole is underwhelming, and the giant vacancy left in the wake of Randals leaves the center feeling "ghost townish" and rundown.
