I was referred to your store. I was wanting to repurpose some of my mother’s jewelry for myself and my daughter. We walked in to be greeted by Tiffany Currier. She began listening to our needs and desires then she showed us suggestions and pictures. I found a beautiful ring setting in the case and she made notes, offering to remove stones, grade them, sell the old gold to apply towards the project, design the stone layout, have it created in a 360 degree model, had a wax cast made snd shipped it to my home three hours away so that I could see the layout and try it on. She could have thought we just walked in to take up her time that day, BUT TIFFANY YOU LISTENED AND TOOK MY DESIRES AS IF THEY WERE YOUR OWN AND BROUGHT IT TO LIFE. YOU ARE THE TRUE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS SO HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS!

My daughter loved her custom pieces and I am now getting a custom necklace made. I am so excited to get these projects completed soon. A thank you is not much but I sincerely mean it. The only way that I can think to show my pleasure and trust in you is to bring my sister-in-law to you for you to help her design her jewelry from more of my mother ‘s jewelry.

Went from 0 to 5 stars in a matter of hours! When I first came into the store I noticed they were super busy. I didn't mind waiting in the sitting area until I was completely overlooked! A couple walked in and was immediately helped while I was still waiting to be assisted. It upset me but I waited patiently until the next person was available to help me because I was confident they would own up to their wonderful reviews online. I was approached for the second time but still wasn't assisted. I ended up leaving super upset but felt the need to call and speak to someone who could help me with the terrible customer service I had just encountered. They were SUPER apologetic and kindly asked that I would come back in so that they could make things right. I was BLOWN AWAY by how they owned up to their mistake and made me feel 100% valued at the end of it all! Matt took great care of me and left me feeling confident that my wedding ring was in good hands. After receiving my ring back earlier than expected I was blown away yet again by how outstanding the quality of work that was put into resizing, soldering and replacing a diamond with my wedding ring. I visited this store for the first time, this week. I have been living in The Woodlands for offer a year, and have seen the store many times, when i would visit the Starbucks nearby. I have a classic Movado Driver's Watch, which is very special to me, since my kids gave it to me for my birthday. The watch stops running, and I figure it was the battery. I know I would need a authorize Movado dealer to get it fix. I walked in this Jewelry store and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was busy, yet I was acknowledged when I walked in. I showed the watch to a young lady behind the counter, and she told me, she could fix it quickly. I watched as she was able to open the watch without scratching it or damaging it. She replaced the battery and showed me that it was working now, and she even set the time and day. It took less than ten minutes in total. The young lady was very professional and personal.
