While in town from the Tyler area I decided to look for appliances for our new home while my wife was conducting business. I was greeted by Sue and told her what I was looking for which was very specific ( Refrigerator, stove, and W/D all in black stainless steel). Sue showed me several models of each which matched exactly what we had picked out in some other retail and discount locations. Sue was able to beat the prices and provide quality appliances at more than half off retail. I purchased all three returned the next day with a trailer. Sue had all the connection hoses, plugs and accessories already packaged and assailed me in loading. So we bought a scratch and dent Samsung refrigerator that we had delivered to our house Brian sold it to us so the delivery guy gets here and sets it up but a part is missing so the delivery man gets on the phone with Mr Brown they have a little discussion and a part was missing so 20 minutes later Brian shows up with the part that was missing and we were like wow how did you get here how did you how did you like freaking make it out to our house because we probably live 20 to 30 minutes away he said I shut down the store lock the store up and brought the part out to you this is customer service people this man right here made a customer for life we will never buy another appliance anywhere else like this really and truly meant so much to us so if you're going to buy something and you want excellent customer service you need to go to...

Making home improvement in the hot summer, we are very lucky to meet such a good store. We bought a brand new washer and dryer at a very good price with just a few superficial scratches, although we didn't find the scratches at all. The delivery and installation service provided by the merchant is also very good, the price is reasonable, and the installation is correct. It's a comfortable and satisfactory shopping experience.
