Unacceptable behavior from managers. One specifically is extremely rude and the customer service is horrible in this store. Can never find any help and there is NEVER a cashier ready to check out customers. The whole point of good customer service is to be there for the customers and not the other way around. We should not have to search the store just to find someone to help check out. The attitudes from the employees is horrendous and unacceptable, especially when the customers are the ones keeping this business afloat. This place might as well be a self serve store because help is never around for any customer. Cheryl recently demonstarted exceptional professionalism and composure during a highly challenging customer who became verbally abusive and physically threw an item. Cheryl maintained a remarkably calm demeanor, never once rising to the customers level of aggression. She skillfully attempted to descalate the situation through clear communication. We returned an unopened product in good faith, complete with the receipt. The cashier, Cheryl, refused to honor a refund as she couldn't read the bar code on the self checkout receipt. After expressing our dissatisfaction, Cheryl proceeded to become very nasty with us, she went as far as to call the police, took a photo of our car and threw the product and receipt on the sidewalk.
