Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Thermopolis

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my ENTIRE life! We walked in, employee flatly asks “for here or to go?” I said for here. She rolled her eyes. I said “there’s actually 12 of us.” She rolled her eyes again, and hatefully said “you do realize I’m supposed to get off right now!” I looked at my watch it was 3 o’clock. Sign says closing at So I asked if there was someone else that could take our order so she could leave. She said “no” I asked if there was a manager I could speak to she said “no”. I said the restaurant is open til 6 and you’re the only employee here and are leaving at 3? She just looked at me. I see another employee and tell her she can leave and we’ll order when the rest of our group gets there with the other employee. She said she couldn’t do that or she could be fired and has a 2 year old at home. At this point I don’t even understand what’s going on. Kind of shocked by her attitude. Another young male employee walks up, she starts talking trash about us to him, in front of us! So we just walked out. There was one other table of two In the restaurant and they already had their food. So it’s not like she was overwhelmed. I worked for Pizza Hut for 5 years and her behavior would NEVER be tolerated anywhere else!

It’s very unfortunate for this store as it is always clean and in the past the service and food has been excellent! Her attitude, especially, the two eye rolls has marred this restaurants...

I would give this place zero stars, if I could. A group of us went to this location after visiting the Hot Springs and we were met with nothing but apathy and a severe lack of enthusiasm. I get that it's lunch time, but the place was empty. Now I see why.

The older woman running the front today for lunch was very rude and seemingly having a bad day. We tried to order a family deal with an extra pizza and salad bar for all 5 of us. After several minutes of her trying to ring up our order, something didn't seem right. After some more goofing around with the register, she asked if we wanted our change, which was odd. After receiving the change, it would appear that it totaled close up $40. Now, the pizza was decent, but the service was not worth $40. Not even close.

The younger gentleman tried to help her, but she swatted him off. If I didn't know any better, I'd say this was a scam. We are indigenous people visiting a site we find sacred. A site we helped preserve. This is a shame and a letdown.

Avoid at all costs and go to the fired pie place down the road. I'm sure when you spend over $100 there, they'll at least give...

I'm sorry to say my favorite place to eat is sliding. I went in after church for a personal pizza and 1 trip salad. I was very disappointed to see only lettuce and cheese on the salad bar..plus a few tomatoes, olives and pickles that looked nasty. I ask if it could be replenished and was told it would be as soon as he got my pizza in. The one waiting on me had a very dirty uniform on long bushy hair and a black eye. The salad bar was never refilled up another person come out with a small bucket. Plunked some of the things left into the bucket and mixed it up there. Then poured it(pasta salad) back into the empty dirty pan instead of getting a clean one. There were 4 people on the busyclock and doing nothing. There were 2 customers as well as myself, so they were not busy. It has gotten continously worse in the last 5 months. It's no wonder they have no business, but I've always loved the food and hate to say I won't be going back. I never did get a salad, but watching a dirty container get refilled told me I...
