I put a loved one in this place for respit care. Lisa Bennet was very nice in the process of admitting him and put a lot of work into helping us. The kitchen area seemed fairly nice where we did all of the paperwork. It gave me the impression this place was trying. The nurses and kitchen staff were all very kind, however did not know what they could feed him on a liquid diet, which I thought they should know, but I educated them. After seeing where he would be placed, my husband and I were quite disturbed. The room in the "memory care wing" had paint peeling of old the walls, there were no pictures, no decorations, no TV, just two beds that were very old and it honestly looked worse than a prison cell. A woman down the hall yelled, "hey," every 5 seconds while we were there. We were there during lunch in the "memory care wing". It was very loud and dirty feeling. I tried to get him placed in a different room in a different wing but was denied because the doors are locked but he could still get out. I left him there for an hour or so.    Read moreMy great grandmother is currently at the clinic and the majority of her staff were wonderful and very kind to me and her. However a woman, Sherry Ross, was god awful to the patients. She forced one lady to have her vitals checked by grabbing her arm and borderline yelling at her, then also grabbing a man trying to force him to stand up. I wonder if this is how she acts around visitors, how is she treating people when no ones looking. Otherwise though, i feel like the care she is receiving is amazing. One staff asked us about her base line and others commented on how sweet she was and made sure she was...
