I absolutely love this Cricket store. The prices are amazing and you pretty much get a case with every phone you purchase. The manager there, I believe her name is Candice, she was phenomenal. She was alone in store, however, that didnt take away from her impeccable customer service. She multi-tasked like I've never seen before. She was extremely knowledgeable on plans and phones. I came in for 1 line first because my friend referred me, but by the time I left the store, I ended up switching all 5 of my lines from Verizon. She even gave me back the $125 I used for activation fees! I felt the need to leave a review after reading all the negative reviews on such a pleasant business. By the way, update your phone...

horrible service at the cricket in lansing illinois we were neglected by candice the store clerk she says she was alone in the store took care of customers that came in store after us with a smile she was friendlier to other customer's she ignored us walked off with the phone we purchased and didn't give us any information about the phones and was making personal calls while handling us. Leo was here when we got there. I can only recommend him at this moment. He is a very professional and helpful guy. I cant thank him enough. He switched our phones from bootleg boost and made the whole changeover easy. Cricket has a 4 line for $100 with unlimited data. So far so good. Excellent reception and fast data.Forgot to mention. This store was the only one in the area to carry iPhones in stock. Boost or Metro has none in any of their stores...
