Sharks Lansing — Restaurant in Thornton Township

I purchased a large catfish nuggets and an order of fried okra yesterday (which was for my dinner yesterday). I also purchased 6 "full" wings for my lunch today which was $9.99. When I opened up the wings today they were the size of Cornish Hen wings. Typically (I go to Sharks all the time), if the wings were extremely small, like these were, they compensate by adding a couple of extra wings. After I discovered the size of the wings, I called to tell them about the chicken and that I couldn't bring the order back today because I live quite distance away. Before I could get the sentence complete, the person that answered the call (I assume he was in charge) rudely told me "there is nothing I can do for you". I tried to tell him I still had the chicken and the receipt and again he repeated that there was "nothing I can do for you"! So, I informed him that I would never be back again and he hung up. I spent over $32 for the food mentioned above. Please know that I don't have to take whatever you chose to give me when I am paying this much money ($9.99 for 6 wings, almost $1.70 per wing!!!!). And, You definitely will not talk to me anyway you please. I don't get into stereotyping cultures, hiwever, this rude, "take it or leave it" demeanor is much too common in Sharks!!! I WILL NEVER, EVER, PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN....

Giving this sharks 3 stars because they are highway robbery a large tender is 5 piece not 4 that’s a small tender go to any other sharks and it’s 5 tenders a small tender is a 4 piece not a 3 piece a kids meal is 2 tenders make that make sense how are you charging 15 dollars for 4 tenders and down the street from you all it’s a 5 piece for 13 dollars don’t come here they stealing your money go to the sharks 3 mins extra away they are cheaper and give you more food. And I know what I’m talking about I’m pregnant and I eat sharks everyday. A large is 5 tenders not 4...

I ordered medium Catfish tails I was kinda skeptical because the last time I orders tails from a different restaurant they were disgustedly undercooked and tasteless. So I gave it a try. First of all the cashier was very pleasant from start to finish no just with me but every customer. I loved her spirit and gentleness. Ok I asked for my tails to be fried hard extra lemon pepper and extra coke slaw. When I got home to my surprised it was just as I ordered.
