I went in at about 8:30AM for an early lunch meal. I asked employee "Arlette" if the meal could be made fresh because I've had multiple bad experiences at this location; by getting old food that has been left out for multiple hours. Cashier "Arlette" informed me that ALL the food was ALWAYS made fresh. This could not be further from the truth or I wouldn't be requesting fresh food. A blatant lie to my face. I ordered a cheeseburger meal and was quickly disappointed yet again. The meat was in fact not fresh and tasted as if it had been left over from the night before. The curly fries as shown in the picture were also old, definitely not fresh, scraps from the bottom of bag. Inedible burger and curly fries, total waste of $16. I also had to ask for my drink as she tried to shoo me out the door without it. I had to ask for a fork to eat my cheesecake. Am I supposed to eat cheesecake without plasticware? If I'm spending $16 on a meal, I should enjoy eating it and not feel totally ripped of when I have to throw all of it away. This is the last time I will waste money on food that I wouldn't even feed to my dog. Do better or find another job! It's really not hard to serve food that you as an employee, would eat! I can guarantee what you served me today you would not have eaten any of it.

first time i came here they kept my card and made it difficult to get any sauces. i asked for three sauces and they only gave me one so i had to ask again 5 times to get sauces also THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY CREDIT CARD BACK. The young girl with frizzy hair had a serious attitude and game me very rude faces despite i was trying to be polite. the young man with her was polite though so 1/5 experience the first time the second time i came it was a much better experience. about as good as a fast food resturant can get. staff was polite and timely. food wise the tacos are nice and the burgers are good for the most part. the oreo icecream thing is dissapointing compaired to the mcflurrie churros are a fun midnight snack and finally the chillie fries are to die for and staff if you read this; please for once give me my darn reciept!!!

7/16/22 Revisions:::: 6 crew members and a manager standing in the Drive-thru window having a nice little chat while food is getting cold ... ... the night crew doesn't care if you're food is fresh, hot, or dry like cardboard. These burger patties are old and dry like chewing paper. Curly fries were cold and mostly bottom of the fryer leftovers. Still love the food,,, the crew needs some Quality Customer service training First time at this store, the foodwasamazingas usual, but it took 45 minutes to get my order. Had to wait 10 minutes at the order speaker, and 15 at the window. I love the ultimate bacon but not enough to keep coming here. One more chance for redemption..

Update: visited again and same incredible experience pretty sure it was Elliot too but either way his legacy lives on in providing superior customer service.

A delightful Employee named Elliot at this location deserves substantial company paid career advancement and wage increase. He is a wonderful employee who cares about his job and his customers. His customer service is superior and should be noted by other employees as well as management. He is very courteous, detail oriented and attentive. I place an order through the online mobile app which I was satisfied with the features on the app as well, notably better software than other food apps, and our order was ready promptly by the time we got to the window and Elliot not only asked for the first name but also the last name, so I appreciated the two part verification there. Our order was missing bacon that we paid extra to add on two sandwiches and I didn’t realize until we got home to eat. I called the store and Elliot answer promptly and professionally and I explained I was missing the bacon and asked what could be done and Elliot told me I could come back in any time, he would be there, and he would take care of it. It took us about an hour to get back to the store and when we did Elliot made it well worth our time by replacing our two sandwiches and providing an additional small token of appreciation and apology for the inconvenience and honestly I’ve never had such a positive and happy experience with a fast food company even through inconvenience. Elliot should be noticed and recognized and thanked for his service and commitment to excellence. This is the exact type of situation and service that will keep me coming back here as opposed to the competition and it began with Elliot coming to work to provide for himself and taking his job seriously. The employee's name on the receipt says Gabriel, younger female with long dark hair. We were there at 2 am and got a burger, tacos, French toast sticks, curly fries and churros. The tacos were cold, the curly fries were also cold. The burger, churros and French toast sticks were hot and tasty, though but the drink was lacking syrup. The employee told us the ice cream machine was broken, as they all say. Besides all of that, the reason I decided to write a review was because of the employee. She was so clearly not happy, she seemed miserable. No smile, no thank you, she didn't answer the intercom when we approached so I said "Hello?" to which she replied, "Give me a second." Okay, maybe I was too impatient? We order and she's just either listening or understand what I was ordering. Finally we get it figured out and go to the window to pay. She says the total and as my boyfriend was handing her his card, she walked away before taking it and continued to get the order together and came to the window, said the total again, took the card, ran it and gave it back. She proceeded to hand put the bags of food, we checked the bags, asked for tacos sauce and syrup and I might as well have asked for her left kidney. I'm the type of person to give people in the service industry the benefit of the doubt as we are all human, but this wasn't the first time I've encountered her with this attitude. You never know what somebody's going through in life and a smile could mean the world to someone when they get their tacos. I hope the girl...

Terrible service. The staff sees you and completely ignores you. Some of them are rude and have zero personality. Waited in line and other customers ordered ahead of me because the staff didn’t acknowledge other people standing in line. I come to this location frequently because it’s near my house but the service just continues to get worse. Sadly it’s the norm for fast food these days so I’m not surprised at the lack of customer service. And even after knowing my order had been ignored and helped customers before me, they still did not bother to help me. There’s clearly zero accountability from management and it shows.

Friday Dec. 1st at 7:30pm is when I went in to your restaurant. I actually wrote this review in your restaurant while being ignored because of the constant lack of service. When someone finally came up after waiting for what seemed like 15 minutes, all I asked was for the person in charge and she told me it was her. I asked her name and she claimed it was Jesida. She kept pointing to where I could get a phone number after I asked for Corporate’s number. I reached out to the district manager and never heard back. I ended up going across the street to Taco John’s where I was acknowledged and actually treated as a customer. I used to really like the food at Jack in the Box but will not be returning. I will go elsewhere altogether...
