Update: visited again and same incredible experience pretty sure it was Elliot too but either way his legacy lives on in providing superior customer service.
A delightful Employee named Elliot at this location deserves substantial company paid career advancement and wage increase. He is a wonderful employee who cares about his job and his customers. His customer service is superior and should be noted by other employees as well as management. He is very courteous, detail oriented and attentive. I place an order through the online mobile app which I was satisfied with the features on the app as well, notably better software than other food apps, and our order was ready promptly by the time we got to the window and Elliot not only asked for the first name but also the last name, so I appreciated the two part verification there. Our order was missing bacon that we paid extra to add on two sandwiches and I didn’t realize until we got home to eat. I called the store and Elliot answer promptly and professionally and I explained I was missing the bacon and asked what could be done and Elliot told me I could come back in any time, he would be there, and he would take care of it. It took us about an hour to get back to the store and when we did Elliot made it well worth our time by replacing our two sandwiches and providing an additional small token of appreciation and apology for the inconvenience and honestly I’ve never had such a positive and happy experience with a fast food company even through inconvenience. Elliot should be noticed and recognized and thanked for his service and commitment to excellence. This is the exact type of situation and service that will keep me coming back here as opposed to the competition and it began with Elliot coming to work to provide for himself and taking his job seriously. Read moreThe employee's name on the receipt says Gabriel, younger female with long dark hair. We were there at 2 am and got a burger, tacos, French toast sticks, curly fries and churros. The tacos were cold, the curly fries were also cold. The burger, churros and French toast sticks were hot and tasty, though but the drink was lacking syrup. The employee told us the ice cream machine was broken, as they all say. Besides all of that, the reason I decided to write a review was because of the employee. She was so clearly not happy, she seemed miserable. No smile, no thank you, she didn't answer the intercom when we approached so I said "Hello?" to which she replied, "Give me a second." Okay, maybe I was too impatient? We order and she's just either listening or understand what I was ordering. Finally we get it figured out and go to the window to pay. She says the total and as my boyfriend was handing her his card, she walked away before taking it and continued to get the order together and came to the window, said the total again, took the card, ran it and gave it back. She proceeded to hand put the bags of food, we checked the bags, asked for tacos sauce and syrup and I might as well have asked for her left kidney. I'm the type of person to give people in the service industry the benefit of the doubt as we are all human, but this wasn't the first time I've encountered her with this attitude. Read moreTerrible service. The staff sees you and completely ignores you. Some of them are rude and have zero personality. Waited in line and other customers ordered ahead of me because the staff didn’t acknowledge other people standing in line. I come to this location frequently because it’s near my house but the service just continues to get worse. Sadly it’s the norm for fast food these days so I’m not surprised at the lack of customer service. And even after knowing my order had been ignored and helped customers before me, they still did not bother to help me. There’s clearly zero accountability from management and it shows.
Friday Dec. 1st at 7:30pm is when I went in to your restaurant. I actually wrote this review in your restaurant while being ignored because of the constant lack of service. When someone finally came up after waiting for what seemed like 15 minutes, all I asked was for the person in charge and she told me it was her. I asked her name and she claimed it was Jesida. She kept pointing to where I could get a phone number after I asked for Corporate’s number. I reached out to the district manager and never heard back. I ended up going across the street to Taco John’s where I was acknowledged and actually treated as a customer. I used to really like the food at Jack in the Box but will not be returning. I will go elsewhere altogether...
