Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Thornton

If I could’ve given this establishment zero stars I would have !!!!!!! Horrible customer service!! small servings!!! Incorrect order but was told by manager it was my fault!!

If you go in and you have more than one item that you need to order do not allow the workers to rush you through your order and place all items on the table before finishing each item with all extra ingredients cheese beans sour cream ext. I had five items three double wrapped burritos and two burrito bowls and two of my burrito bowls were made incorrectly when I called the store to address my problem with a manager I was shocked to hear the Store Manager by the name of Maria blaming me for not ordering my food correctly actually no I did order my food correctly you and your workers just chose not to hear what needed to go on what item because everything was out on the table all at once do not bother going to this establishment and wasting your time energy and money because they do not care and also by the way if you try to call the phone number on the receipt it is an automated teller instructing you to place an order it took me close to 3 to 4 minutes to get a human being to answer the phone to hear my problem by continuously speaking the words customer service to the...

About three weeks ago my partner and I went in to order take out. From the moment we walked in, there was a lady in front of us that seemed to be disgusted by our presence from her stares, looking back, and then stated “they're here.” We ignored her to avoid escalation. It was time for her to order her food and she stepped up, punched the wall and then looked back again. When the lady finally finished her order and got ready to pay she looked back once more and then stated “don't look at me.”

At that point I engaged and uttered not so kind words which lead to an escalation.The lady then proceeded to called us the “N” word, got in my face with her fist balled as a signal she intended to hit me.

Unfortunately, she was never asked to leave, the restaurant staff never uttered a word and continued to serve her although she was the aggressor (several people behind us consoled us and deescalated the situation.) We ended up leaving the restaurant and not ordering food as we felt unwelcome by the lack of action from management on duty.

I filed a report with corporate and tried to contact the restaurant manager and have yet to hear back three weeks later.

From this ordeal, I came to believe that black customers are not valued and I refuse to eat here or any...

I do not recommend ordering from this establishment. I ordered pickup and had never been here before and needed help finding and then getting my order from the pickup shelf. 1 employee was quite nice and helpful at the front of the makeline where I waited to ask for help, he gave me instructions to get help from the cashier. So I follow his instructions and go wait off to the side for the cashier to be done with her current transaction to ask. As she finishes another customer (who was being very rude but that part is not on the establishment to be clear) pushed past me and the people in line while another employee pushed past me. I only get acknowledged after several minutes and attempts to get help. On top of all this, my food itself was packed haphazardly into the bag with food all over the inside (also to be clear it wasn't from the food we ordered but spilled in probably from the make tables). Yeah I will never order from this particular establishment again, just typing my experience here makes me feel so frustrated and awful that I'm reliving it.
