TERRIBLE Customer Service. This is exactly the typical small business that complains that they're losing customers to Amazon, eBay, BestBuy, etc... make them look like they're the bad guys (not saying they're saints), but with the smallest interaction you quickly realize that they don't have an ounce of customer service skills.
I clarified that it was me who ordered the wrong part#, that I was willing to pay for the return shipping, and that all I really wanted was to get the correct one. I really wouldn't have cared if they didn't take the part back as it was just $10 + shipping; he could've easily explained that they don't accept returns under $50, which is COMPLETELY understandable and that would've been OK for me.
BUT as their e-mail reply was an incoherent one-liner (something like "just order the correct one. It's out of stock"), I called to get clarification and the guy gave me an attitude and started nagging at me that it was VERY ANNOYING to him having to deal with people ordering the wrong parts all the time ("IT HAPPENS AT LEAST 2 TIMES A DAY" he said lol), told him that his reply was very unprofessional and he just hung up and wouldn't pick up the phone again.
Extremely rude and condescending guy... Worst thing is that it might've been the owner based on how he conducted himself. Can't imagine a business with this level of customer service lasting a lot longer.

Read moreI actually wanted to give give TV Parts for Sale zero stars! I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life! The man that answered my phone call (I called b/c I ordered my tv part on Sept. 9th & it’s now Sept. 23rd & I never received my part) was extremely rude and when I asked him about my part he said “oh yeah, we refunded your money because we thought we had the part, but we don’t.” So I looked at my bank account again and it wasn’t refunded. He then proceeded to argue with me about my refund and hung up on me! After he hung up on me I then received an email stating I will be getting a refund and it was dated for today Sept. 23rd! Therefore I would have never gotten a refund or even an email stating that they made a mistake and don’t have the part I needed. I’ve never dealt with so much disrespect from a company in my life!! To hang up on me when all I was doing was trying to find out why I haven’t received my part 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered it! Ridiculous! I’ll never be a customer...
Read moreAs I am sure many others do, I ordered a power supply one of our company's 150+ TVs. I started with a search for the TV model and a power supply came up so I ordered the top result ($47.58). Once it arrived, I opened the TV up and realized the one that was sold to me was too small. I didn't think this was a big deal, I looked up a larger one and was going to order for $70. Following the instructions included, I texted and emailed the contact information explaining the situation. After a few days of no response, I called the number and spoke to some one over the phone. I was told they won't accept any returns under $50.00 (Mine was $47.58 and I was trying to spend more money with them) They were very disrespectful and could care less about my future business I was trying to give them.
