Starbucks — Restaurant in Thornton

It's a pretty good store with nice people working there. Hopefully it will be a great store after the new management has time to settle in.

Edit To the people who had bad experiences here: That is not the norm for this store! The management recently changed and the entire store is being reevaluated! The few unhappy customers that wrote reviews must have visited the store during that change. I know that every day since the new manager arrived, things have been getting better! Training new people can be a challenge, and unfortunately mistakes do get made. However, the store is on an upswing! I would encourage any of the unhappy people to try again. One focus is getting things to a point where everything is up to the standards expected of every Starbucks! I know that they want to be back in good graces with all their customers and are working hard to do so! I know it is not always possible, but they are willing to make whatever...

Great beverages at an ok price the breakfast here is minimal serving mainly biscuits but great. You can order your food online and pick it up in store as well. Last time I went here the wait was about 2 to 3 minutes. The space is a little tight indoors but they do have outdoor tables. Starbucks usually has about 4-5 people inside all throughout the day, and is well stocked with employees. There is a drive through here, and that service there is a lot faster than walking into the store because they treat you as priority. Like all starbucks the WiFi here is free and it works well. The range is minimal so you can't go across the street and connect to the wifi along with selling drinks they do also sell cups and festive items. They don't rush with their drinks so they look nice. I give it a four stars because the food and drinks are nice but it is a little pricy and it takes time to get your order even if you did...

Okay... so reviews are always a mixed bag right? I don't know about any of the other reviews. Hours wrong. Poor drinks. It hasn't happened to me but... I've done coffee. I've done service industry.

It happens. Shift scheduling people with lives is not simple. Especially if you try to care about said people's lives. On to the review.

I've ordered a lot of drinks here now. Either from travelling for work, or simply starting my day with a cup. The drinks are always to order, and I haven't had an issue. I don't order anything too strange, sometimes with the free drink? Sure, my favorite at the moment is a small mocha, two shots espresso, and some half and half. Hold the whip. It's delicious, and a bit much for me. But, I like it.

The breakfast wraps sometimes are dry. That's my only "complaint". But not enough to remove a star.
