I don’t know, the girl that was working tonight, but I’m sure they can figure it out. I’ve never had such terrible customer service at an ice cream shop. no, hi no bye just getting rushed the entire time. I was there about an hour before closing. It was almost like she was infuriated by me just existing and being there. I ordered about $50 worth of ice cream and all of the ice cream was melted before it was even put into the cup . I come to Tiah a few times a month but looks like I’m going to have to find a new spot. While serving me ice cream, a little fell off the top and dropped to the floor. She used the paper towel to clean it up and with that same hand manipulated all my ice cream and then serve it to me like it was...

Absolutely fantastic facility. It’s gelato is to die for, as well as its unique drinking chocolate. If you ever wanted to drink chocolate Charlie and the Chocolate Factory style, this is the place for you. It also has a variety of special chocolates, teas, coffees, and other drinks. On top of the delicious ice cream, the staff is super friendly and so helpful. 10/10 service, no question. The atmosphere of the shop is super nice, with fantastic lighting and nice colors everywhere. It was open for indoor and outdoor seating too, so that’s nice. Since the local Baskin Robins closed, my family and I have been on the lookout for a new ice cream shop, and we definitely found the right place. It’s a must try,...

I come here often, not all the time, but every month, more or less. The service here is really good. Last time a young man helped me. Today it was a young lady. Both were friendly, polite, helpful, and efficient. The store has a bunch of stuff that I don't see in other Ice-Cream stores. For instance, they have largish brownies, and incredibly cute & tiny bits of chocolate, and small but rather thick bars of chocolate. Apparently, the stuff comes from all over the world. They used to have a Harry Potter theme that seems to have died & gone to heaven. I really liked that. But, still, overall, a great place. I will surely...
