I have been coming into TO Trophies once a year for at least the past 11 years and they are always super helpful. This year I was very late dropping off the trophy to get engraved and when he asked when I need it I told him I needed it in 2 days but didn't expect it to be turned around that fast. He immediately said that he'll have it done. Not only did he get it done, it was done beautifully. Then he stayed open for an extra few minutes so I could pick it up. We needed 13 baseball trophies, engraved with our team & the player’s names for our little league boys. I forgot to order them until the last minute and called TO Trophies in a panic.
