Charming Ice Bar — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

I'm so excited this place opened up! We used to drive all the way to the valley for some bingsu / bingsoo. I love that this is in our neighborhood now! My mister got the mango snow ice, while I got the strawberry snow ice! The snow is a sweet, milky subtle strawberry flavor, very fluffy and instantly melts in your mouth. The top it with a scoop of strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and a strawberry sauce. The bottom of the cup has some more strawberry sauce with what I'm assuming is a little bit of jelly. The mango snow had a stronger flavor, and we both preferred the mango just a little bit more. But both were delicious! The large size is very generous as well. The service was very quick, and the two women working were so sweet and kind. My mister kept going on about how if his cup was on a hook and he was a fish, he'd be caught...

We love this place! The blueberry cheesecake ice cream, and banana nut ice cream are both BEYOND WORDS! The snow ice is so fun and soft. ..but the best part about this place is the customer service. The husband and wife are a dream team of love. To know that it's her dream shop, and he helps her out so much, is heart warming!! They make you sample the ice creams until you find your favorite lol. We are going to try to come by once a month for a little date night. I gotta try the rest of the snow I've flavors; I've got 3 down so far!😁 Thank you guys so much for such a great...

Charming Ice Bar is a hidden gem in TO. The owners are amazing, kind and incredibly helpful. The ice cream options are super high quality and unique. And the snowflake ice cream combinations are incredible. If you haven’t tried snow ice cream yet - you’re missing out!

The atmosphere is cute and well curated with a lot of areas to sit and even play a couple of rounds of ping pong while you wait.

It’s well worth the stop if you want a summer (or winter) treat. We are coming back soon…and...
