I have an Oreck vacuum that stopped working and had this awful burning smell..Anyway I called a few vacuum stores in the area and left messages. TVacuum was the only one that called me back. A pleasant young lady named Nicole told me they do free pick up and delivery in my area, Camarillo, and she could swing by and pick it up the next afternoon. I couldn't believe it. Shd came right on time, picked it up, called me a couople days later with the estimate and after the vacuum was fixed she delivered it to me at no charge. Definitely telling my neighbors and friends about this very cool pick up and delivery service. With my busy life it came in very handy and I was only with a vacuum for a few days. Thanks TW Vacuum. I took my vacuum to another local vacuum shop and they were so rude! Then I googled others in the area and thankfully found TW (Thousand Oaks Westlake) vacuum.

Tyson was so helpful and immediately knew what was wrong with my Dyson I’ve had for years. My housekeeper comes Monday and I left my Dyson for him to repair and bought a Miele vacuum because I needed a second one for upstairs.

Tyson was amazing! He called me back when he noticed a missed call, he met me at the store within 20 minutes, and had everything I needed (parts for my Oreck handheld) waiting for me. He was knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of my questions and addressed my doubts. He was not pushy and tried to sell me anything.
