After a house fire destroyed our home and everything in it, we have rebuilt the house on the same property. It's almost finished so I needed to furnish it. We bought our appliance package from Roby's with help from Eric Hays. Everything went smoothy and the appliances were delivered and are being set up by a Roby's technician today! Then I needed to buy furniture, so I went back to Roby's and Tim Fletcher helped me put together a color scheme. He gave me sample swatches of the upholstery materials I picked out to take to the house and see how they looked in the house. Roby's carries a line of furniture which is made in Tualatin OR, and can be customized using the swatches of upholstery I chose. There was a loveseat I liked, but I wanted it to be a bit bigger. Tim checked and it turned out that the loveseat came in a larger version, so I bought it. Tim was really helpful and had great ideas. He is very low key, and I didn't feel pressured in any way to make a sale. So now my husband and I have a brand new house and brand new furniture! Paid $4000 for a stove and extra for an installation. The man who installed was amazing but the company not so much. Got a bill in the mail for an extra $265, I have been trying to settle the account for three months. Was charged for additional installation costs. Was not informed that it was an hourly charge to install. Myself and an electrician were there and could’ve completed the job. I was under the impression that the installation fee would cover the installation. But I guess not. They charged 100+ by the hour to install the stove. I know the installer did not get paid 100 and some something an hour to put this stove in. It feels like this company is just there for the money. Instead of waiving the fee or informing me that it was by the hour they just went ahead and billed me. I had also paid for the stove and installation upfront. I could have installed this stove, but wasn’t given that option. I will not be buying anything...

Tracy Anderton at Roby's was/is absolutely wonderful! I ordered a custom-made sofa set (sofa/chair/ottoman) and the experience was fantastic! I live in Los Angeles and am unfortunately unable to visit my mother during the pandemic, as she has been quarantined in an assisted living facility in Lincoln City, OR. I typically fly back & forth to handle things, but visitors are not allowed at this time. Because of that, Tracy stepped in to help me, we corresponded often via e-mail, I explained what we were looking for, she sent swatches to my mother so she could see & feel the fabric, then I finalized the transaction, had everything custom-made, then delivered. My mom tells me the facility staff compliments her often at how beautiful the sofa set is, which makes her very happy.
