I went into this Coach location with my 11 year old daughter as we walked around looking all of the associates were wonderful. However this one associate named Lulu came over to us and started taking to us. She knew exactly what my daughter was looking for. She got right down to her level they started chatting about the bag trends and she brought over to what she thought she might like. My daughter lit up and they continued to look at bags discussing what would be best. Lulu knew my daughter was buying this bag herself and was also price conscious for my daughter. Lulu went above and beyond with her customer service. We left with an adorable purse, flip flops and a very happy 11 year old! What I loved most was, the fact that my daughter recognized how kind and helpful Lulu was. As much as I knew Lulu was incredible my daughter went home and started telling her dad how nice the sales associate was and how she helped pick out her bag and went on and on about her experience. Read moreLorissa at the Tilton location is the example for customer service! Coach is using a new "paylink" system that quite frankly doesn't work! Coach would take the funds and then return them into my account not allowing the purse purchase. My bank confirmed the transaction was able to go through so was completely the vendor glitch. Read moreI can always tell within 15-20 seconds if I'm going to be buying or not just by glancing around. The sales team is very pleasant but not pushy, the ask if the can help and then back off. I have used Coach exclusively for almost 20 years and I like having the outlet near me so that I can browse around a few times a year. Word to the wise though, if you like it then buy it.
