I have a prepaid phone that needs to be paid by the 6th of each month. I paid for the October service on September 28th. The money was deducted from my bank account on September 30th. Today, October 7th, I received a text message that my monthly plan wasn't renewed. I took my receipt from Victra in Tilton plus my bank statement to the Victra store in Tilton to prove that I did indeed pay for the October Service. Apparently the salesman who took my money forgot to do something when I made the payment. I have a transaction number, invoice number, bank statement that says Victra/Verizon got the money from the bank. But the payment wasn't credited to my phone account. Basically I have a phone that is now disconnected even though I paid the bill. The only thing I am being told from the store employees is that the financial department is working on it. When I went into the store today to find out and asked them to call the financial department they say "we can't call, they'll email us when its been done". Like I said I have the transaction number invoice number, proof that they were paid out of my checking account. Ther's nothing to work on. My phone should have been turned back on IMMEDIATELY!!! Went in the store to see why my bill went up so high 209.00$ up to 340$ I know high right ? Talked to Cam and Jake both wonderful salesman, Cam informed that not only does Bri no longer work there but I was not given the correct trade in amount and they admitted that she lied to me !!!!! So the part that I do not like was I was told to fix the mistake of a former employee lying to me that I would need to spend more of my own money to fix her mistake that does not sit well with me. On top of this was also told Verizon is having issues apparently with charging people the right amount of money very disconcerting. After a long call with Verizon I was able to "hopefully" get this squared away, my advice is not to stay away from this store as there are good folks there but check check check your bill ladies and gentleman!!!!!!

When we set up the account the rep in the store did it incorrectly which forced me to spend months contacting Verizon directly and re-explaining myself. After months of speaking with customer service I was told I needed to go back to the store to receive the remainder of trade-in credits from their promotion. Went in person and spoke to the manager who temporarily put my mind at ease that she would take care of everything and I would revive the remaining credits, but she needed additional approval because of the amount. That was back in the summer. Now when I call the store the manager is never in and I'm promised she will call me back because "we have a note here for you". At this point I'm just being dodged. I don't understand how you can run a business where you don't take responsibility for your mistakes. I have been extremely patient and I am just tired of waiting for something I was promised. Would never recommend this...
