This store had terrible customer service. The employee that was folding clothes close to the front door did not greet customers as they walked into the store. The other employees were in a gaggle at the back of the store. Folding clothes and ignoring customers. They were gabbing about an upcoming audit they were scheduled to undergo that the manager verbalized as a waste of time at this location. Instead of any 1 of these 3 ladies deciding to help customers. They focused on learning the shrinkage rate of the clothing.
