Out of all the times i’ve been here growing up i’ve never had an issue until recently. I went here to buy my self something for a party coming up, everything was fine until check out. I plugged in my moms phone number in order to add her points, the nice cashier lady asked me if i wanted to use the $5 that she had and i agreed. checked out no problem. then my friend goes after me but is at a different cashier. she does the same thing but when it comes to the time to use her moms points they wouldn’t let her. obviously annoyed she buys the items anyways. we call her mom and head to her house. her mom writes her a note saying she had permission to use them, key note her, the cashier she had said she just had to have permission to use them. we drive all the way back with a plan to return and rebuy the items using her mothers points. it was now a different cashier and we came across the same issue. the manager comes over to us saying that my friends mom had to be present in order to use the points. we brought up the note. she said and i quote “i don’t know why you brought a note with you it’s 2024. maybe in 1980 that would have worked”. obviously taken aback by the comment we asked if there was any possible way of using the points other than her mom having to come in. the manager very rudely said no. i brought up the fact that i had used my moms points which she basically tried gaslighting me, saying that wasn’t possible. overall i am very disappointed in the way me and my friend were treated and if i had any tips it would be that we need new people working there. their was so many ways that situation could have been...

Staff are great! I find the only downfall is when they are too persistent on applying for their store credit card. When you say no, they say how much you’re going to save if you get the credit card. Most staff leave it at that. I was in about a year ago and felt harassed by this one woman. She asked me four times and was bothered that I didn’t want to apply for one even after she said how much I would save. She was visibly annoyed with me. I did not visit the store for a while after that incident. I’ve been in since and thankfully have not seen her. I hope I don’t. I just wanted to use my cc to get airfare points. Again Staff are helpful and nice. I do understand that they have to ask about the credit card. Let’s not ask...

They get you in with the sales. Then when you wait in a the super slow line to check out, they have all these random things with no prices. Grabbing a few of them, and then for some reason they can't scan the actual barcodes, they have a book with them all. They must mark up the prices because 2 20oz sodas, and a candy bar actually cost just as much as the shirt I got. I couldnt believe it. When mentioning it, I was told they charge premium for that stuff because they aren't a candy store. So just buy the clothes and ignore everything without a price tag while...
