Five Below — Local services in Timberlake

Theres a awesome manager that works here and her name is Cynthia. She is super nice and will go out of her way to help you even if shes busy. She has a wonderful attitude in general and just makes the store a fun place to be shopping at. Kayla, Michaela, Livi and Maria are my favorite workers too... I give this a 5 star rating

The only problem is when the parents let their kids do whatever in the store, I've noticed the kids become out of control and trash the store and can be very disruptive to other shoppers. Needs improvement and more rules. I understand it's a store where you are allowed to let go and have fun, but I feel there should certain rules and things pretaining to people that are and aren't allowed to do. Like not trashing the store and letting peoples kids run around full speed with foam swords and almost hitting someone with it and possibly...

Very poor service Associate acted like I was a bother. I asked to blow up floats and she completely declined to blow up one. She said it was too long for behind the counter. It was 7ft and we were taking it as soon as I left. She also was very rude about my payment l. I completed a debit (with pin) transaction and she said it did not go through. It is not pending and the money is off my account. I had to pay another time because she said it didn’t matter if I put my pin in she didn’t take my money. I don’t think she took it I think the computer messed up. I was nothing but a bother and staff was very rude. I did put stuff back because she would not do her job. I wouldn’t mind a follow up if...

I'm really big on customer service. If I didn't have anything specific I was going for, I would have left. No greeting when I walked in. (Huge problem for me especially having so many years in customer service as well as management.) I understand wanting and needing your work environment to be happy and uplifting, a great place to be. However, after joking and playing a bit, it took some time before the young lady waited on me. No greeting, and continued to hold a conversation with her coworkers. 😳😳🤔🤔 Wow....what I originally went for, I didn't get. Maybe I will try an earlier time to see if the atmosphere and energy...
