68 Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Timberlake

I’m not a native Lynchburg. I visited Lynchburg because of my son’s away game there. During the break, I was craving for some good boba drink. To my surprise, they have a boba store that sells my favorite drink: Vietnamese Seasalt Coffee. I placed an order online, and picked it up in about 5 minutes. The store tucked in the corner. It was quite big, bright, cute and clean. The owner greeted me with smile. My order was ready within minutes i was there. I can taste the strong Vietnamese coffee. I’m a regular coffee drinker and also a fan of Vietnamese coffee, i know this is a Vietnamese coffee. I didn’t order less ice, but the ice was less already, which makes me happy! I got more drink than ice lol ! And the drink is still ice cold to my liking. As an asian, not too sweet means the highest compliment you can get when you make desserts/sweet drinks. This one got my “not too sweet” compliment! The sweetness is perfect. And the boba?? Oh! I can tell the boba is fresh. It’s perfectly cooked. So soft and just satisfying. One of the best boba pearl I’ve ever eaten! Too bad i live 1+ hour away, or i will be a regular there. Will definitely stop by if i ever visit Lynchburg again. Please support this amazing boba shop! My Family and I had our first experience at 68 Bubble Tea today, 03/01/25. We were excited to try the Brown Sugar Latte, Coconut Latte, and Oreo Latte. Our beverages were ok but, another patron ordered the same drink as one of ours. That patron took her drink to her table and brought it back to the counter. She apparently had misordered. She wanted her drink mixed with strawberry. The employee then gave me her drink she returned. Even though I specifically stated it was hers and not mine. She insisted because it was the same as my order I take it! I took it but, in a few minutes went back in once most guests had left. The atmosphere is amazing right when you walk in and the lady who made our drinks was so so kind. She had the brightest smile on her face and waited patiently for us to choose what drink we wanted from all of the options they had. We were SO happy with our choices, as difficult as it was to narrow it down to two drinks. I got the mega mango and it was amazing. It was so refreshing and the fruit in it tasted so fresh. My boyfriend got the mango frappe and we were in shock at how good it was. The boba was fresh and made perfectly and the flavor was so so good. They also had fun games to play at the tables while they make your drinks, but the weight wasn’t long at all. Please go here you won’t regret it. It isn’t overpriced either!!!! Can’t wait...
