Original Italian Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Called an order at 5:10 PM said it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. Was there to pick it up 30 minutes later and They said it was not ready. Waited an additional 30 minutes, asked again, the waitress looked at the same boxes she looked at previously, had a stricken look on her face and said yes, it was ready. I asked if it had been up there the whole time (knowing it had) and she said “we’ve been busy” Another waitress chimed in saying she was new. No compensation was offered. Rude customer service. Never had this experience at this location before but will definitely not be coming back again. Terrible service, rude staff. We waited an hour...

I was there about 130ish today and ordered pizza pickles and kids meal. I had 2 little ones with me and the cashier/waitress helped me carry my stuff to the car. I didn't get her name but this girl always goes above and beyond. I also door dash and she is always so polite. No matter how busy they are she is always nice. She definitely goes the extra mile.The food is always good. Thank you for being so nice and taking good care of the customers. I want to add all the employees there are really nice and polite. Good variety of options on the buffet. A couple types of pizza, several pasta dishes, some appetizer choices, and a full salad bar. I got several different things and everything was delicious. Make sure you get a cannoli if they're out - they are so good! The service is top notch: our waitress greeted us upon arrival, checked on us multiple times, was friendly, and was very attentive to our needs. We've come here many times, usually for Sunday lunch, and everything is consistently excellent. Definitely a hidden gem...
