Ebony was sure to make me feel that I was inconveniencing her when I tried to order subs for my family. When I asked for my order of 3 subs she made sure to immediately roll her eyes and sigh with frustration that I had made this order. She apparently could not handle the 3 subs on her own so she angrily demanded that her coworkers come help her. While all the staff members were asking me questions about each sub at the same time I naturally made a mistake. However I immediately caught my mistake and corrected it for them with an apology. My apology was accepted by Ebony shaking her head with more anger and frustration due to my small mistake. She was sure to explain in front of me to her co-workers that she was "irritable today" and just didn't have time for this.

It would have been nice to have known this before I stood in line for so long. When I told the woman I dont carry cash she said "I dont know what to tell you..." What great service that response is, no apology at all. I got fed up and walked out.
This Subway seems to have an abnormally large turn over rate as you see new faces staffing it monthly. The service is hit and miss. At times they are smiling and engaged, while at others they're barely listening to you and very rushed, even if you're the only customer. Playing me like I was stupid when she didn't understand the whole time that I wanted separate transactions for everything else other than the coupon. Then she proceeded to say no, this is just getting a little too much now.
