Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Timonium

This was one of the best Hallmark stores I'd been to in a very long time. It reminded me of my original store that I became a rewards member of many years ago.

I stopped by to pick up a card or two to cheer up a loved one. I loved the large selection of cards, especially the Mahogany section. I loved what I saw so much that I ended up spending extra money on things like the extra Maryland items for myself.

The staff was engaging and I believe used a little extra care while wrapping my glasses once I told them where I lived and why I was there. I'd definitely return again when...

The three Hallmark Stores in our area have closed so buying cards could be a challenge. This Hallmark Store is not just open for business they are fully stocked with everything you need for that special person in your life.

I was at this location February 11, 2019 and it was great. Not crowded mainly because of the snow and they had tons of great cards and gift ideas.

I will not be shopping at this location again, I went in and made eye contact with someone behind the counter but Instead of acknowledging me at all she greeted the gentleman that entered the store behind me instead. I know this be she said “Sir, How are you today.” Not once did anyone see if I need any assistance. I sincerely hope that she wasn’t the Manager of the store because that was piss poor...
