I came here for the first time on 4/4/25 after I was referred by my best friend. Salon was a normal mid-level salon. I went to Cindy for mani/pedi. She started my pedicure everything went downhill from there. First off she didn’t even attempt to cut my cuticles. Like she literally was tapping the nipper around my cuticle not cutting anything. BUT HERE IS WHERE IT WENT TO HELL. How do you not cut my cuticle but cut my toenail to the point of damage. She cut my side wall nail saying I had ingrowns. First I did not have any ingrown toenails, second that is illegal for her to do in the State of Maryland. She then proceeds to cut a chunk of flesh out of my nail bed. She also cut off healthy sidewall nail. She then proceeds to put some kind of white powder that stung on the wound and put my foot back in the water. I was supposed to get a manicure but I refused to have her do any other service for me. I have since been treating and nursing it with antiseptic and alcohol to prevent infection because I can’t trust the tools either. I have since made an appointment with a podiatrist to have it professionally treated because it still hurts. When I find my receipt I will post it. I paid $60 to have flesh/nail damage done to my toe. I don’t understand how she thought this was ok. I wish I wasn’t so upset and in pain with a bleeding toe. I would’ve said something but I didn’t want the police called on me because that tends to happen when BW speak up in these establishments. First 2 pics are 4/6/25 last pics are 4/4/25 and that is Cindy. I have never had this happen to me. I know have to pay $50 to see a podiatrist smh. GO AT...
Read moreWanted very badly to like this salon since it's so convenient to my home. After my first visit, I didn't like how each technician basically plays musical chairs and moves around to customers like a tennis ball. There were several people who worked on my nails and feet. I wasn't sure who to tip. I decided to give them a second try. I waited so long for someone to start my dip manicure and it wasn't that busy. When other customers walked in the door, they re-focused their attention to them and just left me high and dry for a long time. They don't seem to mind wasting customers' valuable time. It shouldn't take almost 2 hours for a dip manicure. The gentleman who finally finished my manicure (there were 3 ladies before him) took forever filing the cuticle area. I realize his intention was to shape the nail, but he took off so much powder that it started chipping after only two days. And the thumb nail color was trimmed so much at the cuticle, that it looked like two week old re-growth already when I left the salon. I mentioned it to him and he tried to fix it, but just managed to get glue and powder all over the skin near my cuticle. Won't be going back. Please hire more technicians and focus on one...
Read morePleaseeeee DO NOT GO, you will definitely regret it, Nail time should be relaxing time to pamper yourself but unfortunately it’s not the case there 1-you have to keep your eye on everything they do or it will be a disaster, 2-The service is really bad, the first time was nice but after that every time I went I regretted it, and I try to find excuses because it’s very close to home, but I think the good techs left so they just became unprofessional and I decided I won’t go ever again. 3-they overcharge you without letting you know ahead ( they charge for cuticle trimming with dip and they charge for almond shape!!!!! ) every small thing is with a charge. 4-inconsistency with their work, as you see in the pictures, very wide nails with some nails not straight, they overwhelmed my nails with glue as you see in the pictures how inconsistent and that’s because I added tips, they don’t communicate well to understand what I need. 5- there was a guy working on my nails and when I told him about the misshapen nail the lady in charge heard and she came and took over telling me he has to pick up her son and she completed aggressively on my nails that she...
