I absolutely love Buddys on Garden Street in Titusville, FL. They have a huge selection of furniture, mattresses, TV's, other electronics, and so much more. We got a 55" TV last year (2022), and about 6 months ago, we got a beautiful pre-owned sectional sofa. Even though the sofa was in someone else's home before ours, it was in almost immaculate condition. Shane and another man delivered the sofa in the dead heat of August!!! And we live on the second floor, and our entryway is very narrow, but they got it set up in no time! Shane is hilarious, made friendly conversation, and delivered excellent customer service! 👌 Jordan is also great! The manager of the store, Shannon, is AMAZING! Completely committed to giving each customer a wonderful experience. I've dealt with Rent A Center in New York, and they SUCK! But alas, we discovered Buddys shortly after moving to Tville last year. And thank God we did. They're much more affordable than any other RTO company (i.e., RAC and Aaron's) and if, by chance, you have to extend your payment due date, they WILL work with you!!! Ricardo, thank you for such a pleasant experience with helping us make our final payment on the sofa, we truly appreciate you! And shout out to Jeremy, too!!! EXCELLENT * Words can not express how caring Shannon, Shane & Staff have been. Since day one the customer service from Buddies Furniture has been beyond amazing. Management is hands down 100% family orientated. Delivery was prompt & set up immediately with care. Communication was not a problem at all & went very smoothly. I was out of work for a couple of days when the hurricane occurred management helped & was very understanding. Management went above & beyond to keep the customer satisfied. My complex caught on fire January 27, 2023 once again Shannon & Shane went above & beyond to help with everything possible payments, furniture, checking on my family and I etc. Its not easy working in customer service but respect on both ends from customer to staff goes along way.
