I have been going to this place for years. It has been a few months since I last went, and my boyfriend and I decided while we were in the area to stop by and get a couple subs. I normally have no problem spending money on food that I know is going to be good, so $25 for 2 ft long subs was reasonable. Unfortunately when we got home, all the way to Coco, we realized our subs were not what we ordered. I was supposed to have mayonnaise and mustard on mine and I had no condiments and the lettuce and tomato and other toppings I got were so minimal it was almost a joke. I also asked for oil since they did not have subdressing and they gave it to me on a side in a little cup. I'm not sure what kind of oil it was but it was not the type you put on a sub. It was clear and had a specific and distinctive smell and flavor to it so I am glad I only put it on a little bit of my sub and not the whole thing because it was a very overwhelming flavor. My boyfriend sub had just as minimal toppings as if management was over their shoulder watching every sliver of lettuce they put on to ensure they weren't going to put too much. He asked for a banana peppers and he received green bell peppers. He also did not get any condiments. And although we didn't ask for cheese when we were placing our order, we completely forgot to mention it, but generally speaking when somebody is making us up they are supposed to ask if we would like cheese, at least that's how it is at every other sub shop I've ever been to in my entire life. Therefore we forgot to even ask to have cheese on our subs. Last time I came to this place, they had a little piece of paper that you could check the boxes of everything you wanted on your sub. I would highly recommend they bring that concept back if the people making the subs are not putting quality into their work. Until then I will go...

Read moreBeware purchasing tobacco products. They place cheaper products up front for you to purchase, then ring up more expensive items. I asked for five .99 cigars that I clould clearly see the price on located in front. Cashier moved the box & rang up the same cigar but with a more expensive 1.19 price on pack. I chose the specific cigar because of price, I won’t be back to this store. This is the second time this has happened here with a separate cashier. It was just a measly dollar added to the total so I didn’t feel like arguing with cashier, but now that I know they are purposely being shady I will not return. Cashier is the younger fellow with a beard that...
