I bought a used refrigerator it worked for 2 weeks. They sent a repair man to fix it he put a new thermostat in it. The same refrigerator broke a week later.they sent the same repair guy out and he admitted he put the wrong part in needless to say 2 weeks later it broke again. I called th store again . The owner said he was going to get me another refrigerator that day. Meanwhile my food was going bad. 2 days later he brings me another refrigerator a loaner, it never worked he admitted the fan broke. He told me he was going to come back that day with another refrigerator. 3 days later I got another refrigerator and that one did not work. I spent the next 3 days cleaning up thawed out food and throwing everything in my freezer away. So Monday I went and bought another refrigerator at another store. Tuesday morning at 10 am my daughter and I went into the store so I could get my money back. He was cussing at me and yelling at me. The man brought 3 refrigerators none of them worked. I called the store asking when I was getting a working refrigerator. The female that works there was so nasty to me she told me I was getting a better refrigerator (that one was broken) then what I paid for Terrible customer service and junk appliances. We visited Nicole’s to price a used washer and dryer. And we felt the man there didn’t want our business, First he didn’t know,the price of the dryer then came up with a price , both washer and dryer were the same , we listened and he acted like they were the only ones on sale, then out of the blue he said you can try Craig’s list, or sears for New, we weren’t looking for new , BTW sears has a washer and dryer band New for 289.00 each, he wanted 165.00 for both, never gave us a chance to ask if there was anything a bit,cheaper since we live in an apt and used fits the budget right now, we were interested, but turned off when he said try Craig’s list, I thought why would I buy off line not knowing what I be getting when this is a used appliance store, or if I wanted New then why wasn’t I at a new appliance store, so I was turned off from Nicole’s. I bought a washer and dryer from here three months later the dryer broke.i called for service.they came out and called the office to see if i was to be charged.. I found that strange..then i knew why...after them pretend testing my electric power they told me the circuit breaker in my home was broke and there was no electric going through the line to my dryer.there was not Ssn issue with the dryer.i had an electrician come an hour later.took my breaker box open and tested the 240 line dedicated to the dryer and it was operating perfectly.no issue with the breaker or the electricity...the dryer was broke some all thermostat something was shot and needed to be replaced.apparently they thought they would have to fix it for free and didn't want to...well you didn't have to..i had someone else come the next day..its repaired.dont worry i won't...
