It's Publix, so there's a just okay system in place. If you move and need to transfer your meds, you're kind of screwed as the system is not really set up to be useful that way--especially if it's from one Publix to another, apparently. There are a lot of extra steps to FINALLY get meds at the new place. I'm almost sad to have to transfer them as my old Publix pharmacy has WAY better customer service (this one didn't even say "bye"--just hung up the phone! Likely aggravated by the "just okay" system that causes people to have to try several times to get meds transferred, I would imagine. Truly, I did not want to have to call, but the system made me). If it wasn't so far away, I would have just kept my prescriptions at the old location. Hopefully, it will all work out. Fingers...
Read moreWorst pharmacy iv ever been too....seemed like everyone got hired yesterday and had no comprehension of EMERGENCY medication.....also me prescription was called in 3 hrs before they closed the night prior and was told I couldn't get them till morning. Where I then waited another 2 hrs past the time that they opened only to leave paying more for my prescriptions because they couldn't figure out why my valid Florida blue ins card wasn't working with the system.
