Went here tonight for groceries after work around 1915. Did my shopping and of course, everyone else has decided to also do their grocery shopping at this time as well. To be as expected; busy enough that they opened another register. I was next, I emptied my cart as quickly as I could because I know I also want to go home. I had loaded everything up except my 16 containers of yogurt because I know they are able to scan one and enter quantity. (Trying to make it easy). I could no sooner start to tell the cashier, hey I have 16 of these yogurts than I was barked at with “JUST BRING YOUR CART AROUND THE REGISTER”. I was shocked. Never in my whole life of going to Aldi have I been treated so rudely. We all want to wrap our evening and get home or wherever but that is never a reason to speak to a fellow human like that. Disgusted. Included an image of my receipt because it was frozen veggies, a couple things for lunches, a couple impulse buys, and my yogurt. Nothing no one needed to...
Read moreBeautiful grocery store clean and amazing prices. However... I visited November 10th roughly 7pm with my 3 children and husband to pick up odds and ends for dinner and when I asked where the banana peppers were the girl and guy stocking acted as if I was interrupting their conversation. Then when I was ready to check out I yelled out "I'm up front guys!" (To my children and husband) and the cashier said ("umm ok???.) I laughed and let her know I was talking to my family. I also purchased wine and was worried they were gonna fall down and the cashier snapped at me and said "well lay them down then!" Her attitude was so blah as if she hated being there and I kept saying please and thank you to try to get a friendly come back, a smile, SOMETHING! But....nothing. Idk if it was because they were about to close but customer service is KEY. I have worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years and this is NOT how you treat guests. I hope they don't treat...
Read moreI just love Aldi man! Great prices, so easy to shop, not a ton of brands to choose from which I like actually, no comparing prices. Big difference between cheap food due to low quality and cheap food due to company efficiency. Aldi IMHO has the best quality of food hands down. They have far higher stricter rules about what they allow, like non gmo and healthier, more natural foods, less processed, less hormones ect. Their food is never bad or old, always fresh. Meat is top tier imo, the reddest steaks I've seen in a long time. I've been eating Aldi groceries since I was a kid, my mom was smart shopping for 5 people lol. It's truly a blessing and pleasure...
