The Alexis rd store is where I had my issue. I walk in, great no customers, but the problem is there wasn't anyone watching the food and it was uncovered. So as im standing there about 20sec a young lady appears from the back carrying a huge box with gloves on, when she comes i asked can she put on a fresh pair of gloves, which she did. But as im pointing to the items I want on my Burrito, I alert her that there is a Fly crawling all over the cubed Steak meat, she asks me "Do you still want it?" Instead of offering up a fresh pan of steak meat..Im afraid when I turned down her offer and left out the store..They still served that meat. My issue is, why isn't the food covered up with a glass covered door as Subway has. The food is wide open when there is no attendant up front..Flys be having a field day all over the food while the workers be in the back doing other things..A couple years back i took a break from Chipotle because my Burrito smelled and tasted like Almond Joy dish detergent because a worker made my Burrito with the same gloves she had on while wiping down a counter or something.. Im done with...
Read moreA huge Chipotle fan excited to have a new location near me ends up to be the biggest disappointment EVER! Grand opening my bowl was one inch below the top. Ok, 2nd try I.asked for extra portions the employee responded they are required to follow portion control, see the cameras the boss is watching! Again bowl under filled. I thought 3 strikes your out, they get another chance after months of going to Jersey Mike’s next door a couple times a week $16.86 per sandwich (worth every penny) instead of micro managed profit driven owner’s of 1203 Alexis 43612 Chipotle I would see if things had changed. Third time same as both prior experiences. Only this time it was much more dirty, everywhere. The area where you get napkins totally empty had to go back to cashier to get. Beverage area a mess the place looks neglected. But I’m sure the owner is more worried about portion control. I have been to chipotle all over in my travels. This little location clearly is the worst ever and no where compares to standard Chipotle portions or cleanliness. I will continue to drive past this location and spend my money...
Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous. Ordered in person 2 bowls, and the "amount" of rice I was given was beyond disbelief. It was even a regular scoop, how u normally woule get it, yet the employee was literally did less than scoop and was dropping the last portion, single pieces of rice, no joke, one by one. I thought it was a prank. Im spenind close to 10 dollars and receive a rice that wouldn't even qualify as a kids portion. Even when I insisted to have please more rice, which should have been a normal full scoop to begin with. She did again the tiniest scoop and dropping single pieces of rice into the bowl. This was probably my worst experience getting "food" from a Chipotle location. So my two bowls of chicken, rice and fajitas only, equaled combined one normal adult size bowl anywhere else. Don't get me started with the chicken amount. I was in total disbelief. Next time I will walk out once they start serving children size portion! Just imagine if McDonalds started serving you fries, picking fries pieces one by one. This was a beyond awful experience! I'd rather now drive the 3 extra miles to go to...
